Yvette Huffman has been in the Common Interest Development (CID) industry since 1988 when she joined Mercury Property Management (MPM) as an assistant to the Vice President of the San Diego Regional Office. Within six months, Yvette was promoted to Property Manager launching a career in the management of homeowner associations. In 1990, Marquis Management Group (MMG) had purchased MPM and several more promotions were realized over a few short years including District Manager, Vice President, and President in 1995. In 1995, Yvette went to work for Executive Community Management (ECM) as a partner and subsequently purchased the company. Yvette successfully ran ECM as sole proprietor from 1998 until 2006 when the business was sold for a profit. Yvette then turned to the collegiate world in 2007 to achieve a lifelong goal of earning a degree. Presently, Yvette has returned to San Diego and joined DC Property Management Company (DCPMC) as a Partner and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
